To gain entry to the stadium, the ticket/season pass holder must present their ticket/season pass at the automated entry control point. Upon request by the control and order service staff, the ticket/season pass holder must also present an identification document (passport).

The ticket/season pass holder can present it in any of the following ways:

• Print the ticket on an A4 sheet from a PDF file (recommended printing resolution of at least 300 dpi);
• Open the PDF file with the ticket on a smartphone or tablet screen.
